A failed job costs nothing. Credits are set aside when a job starts and returned the moment it fails. If a job stops partway, an automatic check returns them within half an hour.

Plan credits are for the cycle. Each billing cycle starts at your plan’s allowance, and unused plan credits don’t carry over. Top-up packs are separate: each lasts 90 days, and your plan credits are spent first. Turn on auto-refill to add a pack when you run low.

Typing is free. Plan, ask and direct your agent in text for 0 credits. Voice is 20 credits a minute.

How do credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance. Building something spends credits at a fixed, published rate: a full site is 400, rewriting a page is 60, adding a page is 80, an inline edit is 10, a copy draft is 10, an image is 25 or 50. Typing to your agent is free. Voice is 20 credits a minute. You see the price before anything runs.
What are the plans?
Pro is $29 a month for 2,000 credits and one site. Studio is $119 a month for 10,000 credits, one site on your own domain and priority support. Each plan is one site, with up to 30 pages. Both are monthly. There’s no yearly plan yet.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Plan credits reset to your allowance at the start of each billing cycle: 2,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Studio. Unused plan credits expire at the reset. Top-up packs are separate. Each one lasts 90 days from the day you buy it, whatever the cycle does.
What if I run out mid-month?
Top up. Packs run from 500 credits for $10 to 15,000 for $200, and the larger packs are discounted. A pack lasts 90 days from purchase. Your plan credits are spent first, then the pack. Turn on auto-refill from your plan page and the pack you choose is added when you run low. Packs go on a Pro or Studio plan.
Can I have more than one site?
No. Every account has one site, with up to 30 pages. Add pages to it any time. Agencies open one studio per client.
What happens if a build fails?
You are not charged. Credits are set aside when a job starts and returned the moment it fails. If a job stops partway, an automatic check returns them within half an hour. The refund happens on its own.
How do I cancel?
From your plan page, any time. Your published site stays up until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then comes down. Everything you built stays in your studio. Come back and republish in one click. Pack credits keep their 90-day timer, and you can spend them again once you’re back on a plan.
